Yesterday did I do these delicious brownies, but I couldnt taste them because I was on my last day of banana island. So I prepared them last night so I clould eat them today. When I was walking home from the gym today did I think that I am going to do another challange, but this time am I going to do it with exercise. So on mondays am I going on a body balance class, tuseday am I going on a box class, wedesday on a yoga class, thursday am I going on a meditation class and on friday am I exercisering at home. Im going to do this for a mounth so I can see results. Hers the recepie on the brownies.
How to do the brownies
Ingredients:
100 g baking chocolate
8 dates
2 dl of raisins
1.5 dl of halsselnuts
½ dl of syrup
½ dl of cacao powder
1 square bowl
1 baking sheet
Put the nuts in a food precessor and mix them ruffly and pour them into a medum size plastic bowl. Then in the same food processor put the dates, the raisins, cacao powder and the syrup and mix it untill it is a creamy texture, then mix it with the nuts, just put the batter into the plastic bowl and mix it with a spoon. After that do you cut out the baking sheet paper so it fitts the bottem of the square bowl and then spread the batter on the baking sheet paper so it becoms 1 cm thick. Then take a saucepan, pour in a little water in it, set it on the stove, then set a heatproof saucepan on top of the pan, set the stove on medium high heat and then smelt the chocolate in a water bath. When the chocolate is melted do you pour it over the batter. Put it in the freezer in 4 hours and then cut out small peaces and then enjoy!
