Raw vegan banana pancakes.

Sorry for not writing on the blog for a while, but I could not fint the adapter for downloading my pictures on to my computer, The raw food challenge is going well, the only problem that I have done is that I have been eating to much nuts with salt on. I know its not raw, but I allow myself to eat that during my 21 day challenge. So now I can't eat them for the whole time. I have done the challenge for 8 days and today is my 9th day. Here is a really delicious raw dessert/breakfast treat for you.

Ingrediens for two pancakes:
2 bananas
3-400 ml of oats
A pinch of salt
3 tbs of peanut butter
3 tbs of water
1 tbs of cocoa puder
1 tbs of syrup

How to do:

Mix the bananas with a handle mixer in a bowl and then mix the bananas, add the oats and the salt with a spoon. Make a round sircle with a spatula on a dehydrator trade with baking paper on and put it in the dehydrated for 6-8 hours. Turn it once. When its done mix peanut butter, water, cocaopuder and the syrup very well and then when the pancake is ready then take out the pancake slice and put some fruits on to the pancake and then put the chocolate sauce on top. Roll it and eat. Delicious!.
