Lurn how to run.
In school are we going to write an essay. in the essay are we going to answer 5 questions about preschool and the essay can't be longer than 5 pages. I don't know how to put it down because the first question is on one page. My sister has done many essays so I am going to ask her about it and I hope she can help me with that.
Yesterday did I go for a run. The run was 5 km long and I lost a total of 440 kcal. Today did I decide that I am going to be a better runner. It doesn't cost you a thing to run and the best thing is that you exercise all of the muscles in you whole body. Im going to run for 4 days a week.
