Banana island, day two.
Today have I done banana island for two days and I think that is has gone very well. I havent have craveings at all under this period of time and my skin has improved. It is softer than before. My skin on my face is a little better too. The dark spots from the pimples are now more bright than before. So I give this cleanse a thumb's up.
I bought more bananas at the store because the bananas I bought on thursday are all in my tummy. I bought 7 kg of bananas.
