My life.

Now I have decided that I am going to do a 2 days of banana island challange and after that am I going to stay raw for 5 days a week and do boild/owen cooked food 2 times a week. I think that it is the best way for me to stay healthy because I dont get the cravings I get when I eat cooked food if I eat raw food. I dont say that cooked food is bad for you, but for me is it about the cravings and the loating. I just need to stop eat crisps because I cant get the body that I want if I eat crisps. Wrong fatts does alot of harm to my body. I get bloating, pimples, oily skin and dry hair. That is just examples that I get when I eat wrong fats. Eat avacado, nuts, seeds, olive oil instead of eating the wrong fats, Now I mean natural nuts and seeds without salt.
