How to do sweet potato crisps

Ingredients:

1 sweet potato
A bowl with water
Himalaya salt
2 baking sheets
2 Baking trays
A mandolin or a charp knife
A cutting board

Cut the potatoe into thin slices with the mandolin or a sharp knife, then fill the bowl with water and then place the slices in the bowl. When completed, bring up the baking tray and the baking sheet and put out the sweet potato slices on the plate with the baking sheets on without touching each other. Salt them with the salt, and set them in the oven at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes so they do not get burned. If they are still soft when you take them out then put them in a bowl and put the bowl for 1 minute in the microwave. Enjoy!
