This is how my body looks. The left photo was taken 10th of March and the right photo was taken 11th April. Since 10th of March have I lost 2 kg. Im very proud of myself. Now my weight is 58 kg and I have 3-4 kg left to loose before I am going to be totally satisfied with my body. To loose those kg am I going to eat raw food 5 times a week and eat cooked food twice a week and exercise 5 times a week. I have to be outside more when the weather is warmer. It will take some time to loose the weight that I want to loose but it is going to be worth it in the end because I am going to be more happy, more satify with my body and I feel that my selfconfidense is going to be alot better. Work hard, play hard!!
