Egg cake without eggs.

This is what I eat for lunch today and it is egg cake without eggs. This was delicious and here is the recepie.
How to do sn egg ckake without eggs:
150 ml of soy flour
200 ml of wheat flour
3 tsp of baking puder
1 tsp of salt
100 ml of corn flour
300 ml of almond milk
200 ml of water
2 tbs of rapseed oil
Put the oven at 200 degreese. Mix everyting exept the oil in a bowl with a electronical whisk, then put the bowl aside for 30 minutes. Warm up a frying pan with the oil and fry the cake on medium high heat for 5 minutes after that do you put the cake into the oven until it is golden brown. Enjoy!
