Since I have been doing this 21 days of raw vegan challange have I noticed that my skin and my whole body feels alot better. I have more energy than I hade before. I was still eating alot of vegetables, but I eat bread, vegan cakes, vegan butter and to much soy milk. I was addicted to cheese and I thought that I never could be without it and I have been without cheese for more than two weeks. I am never going to eat cheese again. I feel amazing to not eat that much fatty foods. My diet is going to change. Before I eat alot of crisps and I was addicted to that more than anyting ells. Now when I do this challange do I feel that if I eat crisps again will my body react very bad on them so I think that I am going to live a life without crisps.

A vegan diet does more for you than any other diet. I feel like this is not just a diet but most of all a lifestyle. I feel more conected to the animals, especially my beautiful cat Melissa. I feel that we are more interrelated with each other and I care for her in a different way than I did before.
