This is what I eat today: Raw baked potatos and vegan veggie beaf with a bbq sause and a side sallad. This was absolutly delicious.


Veggie beaf:
1 big grated carrot
3 sundried tomatoes
5 cm of the green part of a leek
1 corn-cob
1 tsp paprika puder.

Mix everyting exept the carrot in a foodprocessor. When it has become a smooth paste, mix in the grated carrot and then forms the batter into patties and dry them in the oven at 50 degrees with the oven door open with a wooden spoon in the gap so it dosent get more than 40 degrees in about 8 hours. The easiest way is to have it in the oven overnight or do it wirh a dhydrator overnight.

BBQ sause:
6 sundried tomatos
2 cm of the green part of a leek
A half sharlott
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes

Mix all the ingredients with a handblender and bake some chips from a big potato and bake it in the owen or in a dhydrator on 40 degrees in 2 hours. cerve this with a side sallad.
