Why I became a vegan.

Why I becam a vegan. I have allways loved vegetables and to cook food. My mom showed me early how to do simple recepies like pork chops with boild potatoes and brown sause. It was my favourite dish in many years and I eat that 5-6 times a week. I got tired of eating the same thing all the time so thats why I wanted to change my diet. In 2010 did I decide to become a demi vegetarian and I was that for 2 years. A demi vegetarian eats fish and sometimes chicken, but I didnt eat chicken. After 2 years did I try to eat meat again because I remember how tasty I thought It was, but i got allways sick. My stomach was hurting and I allways had headache.
Me and my mom watched one day a TV program and it was a cooking show with Tina Nordström who cooked Christmas dinner. She had a guest named Erica Aziz Palmcrants and she made christmas dinner on raw food. I got so curious on what that was so I bought Ericas book. I tryed her recepies and loved them, but it wasent until March 2014 I decided to becam a vegan in full time. The people that has inspired me to go raw is Erica Aziz Palmcrants, Fully Raw Kristina, Freelee the banana girl, Megan Elisabeth and Laura (Tastemade, vegan not gross). You can find all of them on youtube, but if you dont know swedish then you cant understand Erica Aziz Palmcrants. Now I do a 21 day raw vegan challange and I have done that for 1 week. I feel so energetic and so healthy.
