3 days detox.

Tomorrow am I going to start a 3 days of detox challange. Ive desided what I am going to eat for those days. Here is the meal plan that I am going to follow.
MONDAY:
Breakfast: Chocolate milkshake + water
Snack: Freshly squeezed juice
Lunch: Mango smoothie + watter
Snack. 1 Apple + water
Dinner: Rawfood spinach soup
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: Blackberry smoothie with water
Snack: Freshly squeezed juice + water
Lunch: Rawfood brockoli and cauliflower soup + water
Snack: Guacamole with carrotsticks + water
Dinner: Banana and cinnamon smoothie
WEDNSDAY:
Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie + water
Snack: 1 apple + water
Lunch: Raw tomatosoup + watter
Snack. Grapes + water
Dinner: Chocolate shake + water
