21 days raw food challenge.
This is the last day of eating cooked food and tomorrow am I starting a 21 days rawfood challenge and I start with a 3 days of banana Island. Banana Island is when you only eat bananas for a certain number of days. My main goal is not to loose weight, it is to have clearer skin, feel better and have a better mind. After this 21 days challenge am I going to eats raw til four which means that you eat raw foods until 4pm and then a cooked meal in the evening.
