Day one on banana Island.

This is the first day of my three days of banana Island and I feel absolutely great. I can't say enough how much I have longed to start to do this challenge. I have known that this will save me from being an unhappy woman.
Under this 21 days of raw food challenge am I going to exercise and my exercise program looks like this:
Monday: Running and Body combat
Tuesday: Box and SH' BAM
Wedensday: Yoga
Thusday: Core and Indoor walking
Friday: Free
Saturday: Cardio workout
Sunday: Swimming
